What is a macaron?
A macaron is a french meringue-like cookie filled with buttercream, jam, or ganache. These pillowy confections are made with almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, and available in a variety of flavors and colors. Macarons are sometimes confused with the American macaroon, which is made with coconut and egg whites.
How should I store my macarons?
While it's tempting to devour macarons in the moment, they can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or in the freezer - also in an airtight container - for up to a month. Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature; we recommend about 20 minutes to thaw for cookies coming from the refrigerator and at least 30 minutes for cookies from the freezer.

Where can I find Sugarette City Macarons?
Yes! After some updates to our menu, all of our cookies are gluten-free. However, we are happy to provide an ingredient list upon request and always include ingredient information with large orders.
We not have any vegan macarons at this time. All of our macarons are made with eggs and dairy.
Yes! We love custom orders! However, before submitting a request, here are a few things that you should know:
We require a minimum of 24 macarons for custom orders.
Please allow at least two weeks notice for large orders of 100+ macarons.
Delivery within 15 miles of the Lynnwood area is included with orders of this size or larger. Delivery outside of this radius is negotiable with an additional fee.
Macaron towers are available for rent upon request.
We welcome custom colors and flavors!
As a one-woman shop, we do not currently accept orders via phone, but will respond to your online request as soon as we can.
