What is a macaron?
A macaron is a french meringue-like cookie filled with buttercream, jam, or ganache. These pillowy confections are made with almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, and available in a variety of flavors and colors. Macarons are sometimes confused with the American macaroon, which is made with coconut and egg whites.
How should I store my macarons?
While it's tempting to devour macarons in the moment, they can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or in the freezer - also in an airtight container - for up to two weeks. Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature; we recommend about 20 minutes to thaw for cookies coming from the refrigerator and at least 30 minutes for cookies from the freezer.

Where can I find Sugarette City Macarons?
While most of our flavors are gluten-free, a few are not. Flavors that are not gluten-free - such as Gooey Butter Cake, S'mores, and Cookies and Cream - are always labeled as such. We are happy to provide an ingredient list upon request and always include ingredient information with large orders.
We not have any vegan macarons at this time. All of our macarons are made with eggs and dairy.
